Help with SM465 squeal - video included

Hey guys,

My SM465 transmission has developed a squeal, but I don't know the first thing about transmissions and was hoping someone might be able to diagnose what's causing it.

I don't know if it's the transmission or the clutch. It happens most often in 4th gear, but will also occasionally happen in 3rd gear. It squeals when I get on the throttle and will go away when I let off the gas, so I can make it come and go by getting on and off the gas.

I took a video in the hopes that it would help everyone figure it out (I think you can hear the squeal over all the other engine rattles, tapping, and noises). It comes in first right after I get into 4th gear at about 0:23 in the video, and then comes back again at 0:29, 0:50, 1:00, and 1:14.
