70 Panel Cadillac Powered.
Just got this a few months ago. A friend had built this in 1980, drove it everywhere. It had been sitting under a tree for 20 years, and I got the chance to make it mine. He told me it was a Wells Fargo truck when he bought it in 1973. He was a Cadillac guru and did his best to make it a Cadillac. It has a 1963 390 CI Cadillac engine with a 1964 TH400 trans. 1963 Cadillac power seats, hub caps, cruise control, auto headlights and tilt steering wheel, tach instrument cluster. A/C, PS, PB. The rear side markers are from a 1979 Cadillac Fleetwood. It has the rear fuel tank, which I had cleaned, but has 2 Aux fuel tanks on both sides that fill up from the rear wheel wells. The rear has wood paneling on the sides with Cadillac rear reading lights. Its got the normal rusted out door sills, rockers, etc. I have better barn doors for the rear, but the front doors are shot. Sometimes I want to fix it, then again, leave it Patina like the rage is now. I guess Patina is the new word for Rust Bucket. Its rough, but cool, I get comments everywhere I go. Main thing is getting the roof repaired so no more water leaks. Glad to find this forum. tried to post pics, could not. Try again later, Ted.

Re: 70 Panel Cadillac Powered.
Usually when the pictures won't attach it's because they are too big. It does not tell you they are too big, it simply doesn't let them attach.
If that doesn't work PM me and I will PM you my email address and you can send them to me and I will add them to this thread for you.

Re: 70 Panel Cadillac Powered.
My grandparents and great grandparents loved Cadillacs, and they had some nice ones, but I must say that one tops all of the ones they owned.

Re: 70 Panel Cadillac Powered.
That's awesome, I've been thinking about doing the same with my suburban. A buddy of mine has a 500 that i could get from him and I would try to make the interior nice with some caddy seats and wood trim.
