Weekend Projects
This past weekend I wanted to freshen up my bumpers. They were pretty dull and rusty. started off Saturday morning had some snow so it made it fun cleaning them up I used 0000 steal wool and w-d40 to clean them up worked really good but wasn't satisfied. They weren't shiny enough so I got some Turtle wax Chrome Polish at Wally world Saturday night. Also went to Bluek5's house to look at a roll cage for the Jimmy turned out I liked it so I traded him a spare tire carrier for it. had no way of getting it home so I had to pick it up on Sunday. So Sunday rolls around woke up at the crack of 8:30am to finish my bumpers turned out better then expected while I was at it I freshened up my beauty rings and center caps wow they look good. Sunday afternoon I had to go to my Grandpa's to get my dad's little trailer to pick up the roll cage. Had to put new tires on the trailer and I was off picked up the roll cage got it home started striping the old paint off and sprayed it with rubberized undercoating looks pretty nice. Sorry for the long story. but here are pics

Re: Weekend Projects
Trying to get my garage cleaned up from throwing a bunch of junk in there all winter long. Hoping to get something started up on them next week.

Re: Weekend Projects
Looks nice!
I was going to start on my engine replacement on three different days last week, and it snowed each time. Maybe this next week. Yeah, and my garage... some day, maybe. I've got to get the Tracker done and move my wife's storage out first. |
