What's it really worth?

What would one need to spend to get a cab that's prepped or nearly done, for my '70 C-10? Where could such a thing be found ?

I have one, good corners, roof, floors have been repaired, needs rockers and a little patching on supports. Good title. If you don't mind a little work. $400.

I have 67 cab with small window need some loving care also needs the rain gutter on pass side asking 150.00
