Did these body mounts need replacing?

I started replacing the cab mounts on the truck today. I found a couple of them that may have been bad. What do you think??

I also stopped after the rear mounts because I have a couple of questions.
Are the front cab mounts on an excentric bushing for adjustment? I did mark the cab position on the frame.

Are the core support mount bolts carriage bolts? Mine won't come loose and the bolt turns with the nut. I can't fell a hex head on them. I'll pull the radiator to get a betther look at things.

I did take it around the block with JUST the rears replaced. It already feels MUCH more solid.

Thanks in advance for advice.
