need help with front turn signals

Did a search but couldn't find anything. Here's my situation. Got an '82 with the turn signals in the bumper. I'm thinking about putting fog/driving lights in that place. If I do that I got to relocate the turn signals. Went to the parts store to see if they had any amber clearance/turn signal assemblies with no luck. They only have clearance assemblies. I know I can always install park lamps out of the other C-10s that have them in the grill but want to see if there are any alternatives. Any ideas? Greatly appreciate the help in advance.

My blinkers are my side markers. Works great.

I thought about tieing some universal clearance lights (2 wire type) to the side ones. Going to have to try it out and see what happens. Thanks for the info.
