Brothers Bezel

After removing the old bezel and cluster, pulled the new one I purcahsed from Bother's out of the box to find the black checkered and flaking. One touch and a large section of black paint fell off.. arghh..now have to reassemble w the old one and wait to have the new one replaced. Disappointing! but thanks to all here for the tips on the removal of the old one. It was spot on and kept me from breaking anything...now just got to be patient.

Re: Brothers Bezel

You are not the only one to have received a poorly painted bezel that is quite common. The quality control overseas lacks a lot to be desired.
