passenger kick vent quit working

Anyone ever had that happen? The vacuum seems to work but the vent won't open on its own like it used to

I did spray them and they worked, the vent moves...I think maybe its the vacuum part not working. Nothing to open it ya know

No one has ever had this happen? Stupid vent won't open at all (by itself)

Mine was like that when I bought it. I ended up buying a new vacuum actuator.

Once replaced with the new one, worked fine.
