Stupid question... I am trying to replace my door window regulator.. Is the passenger side the "right side"... not the left....

Thanks for taking a moment of your life to answer this silly question... just dont want to order the wrong part...

Thanks Chris

Re: what side is right??

As you sit in the truck, so the left is the driver's side (except in Australia, England, and a few other places).

I always liked in the Compleat Idiot's Volkswagen guide how the author made sure to stress "REMEMBER, left means left!" all through the book.

A little off subject, but kind of funny. I use to have a guy work for me that labeled his shoes left and right. He put a piece of duct tape on each one and wrote left on one and right on the other with a sharpie.

He was one of my best workers and was professor at a big college back east before he decided to change his life and move out west and work with me at a shipyard.

Re: what side is right??

Its referenced sitting in the driver's seat. Left, Right, Front and Rear.
However GM part number start on the right side, generally. So if you have two mirror image parts and one ends with a "1" and the other "2", the "1" is the right side application. Most GM parts will be Odd Right or Even Left.
