Unhappy Have a look at what I found.

I kills me. I found it at the back of a local scrap yard, I asked if he would sell it, and was told no. He said the situation was complicated, so it had to be crushed. It a camper special, longhorn with the under bed tool box, BB, tilt, air, pretty much every option you can think of. I'm going to keep bugging him, hopefully he will cave as sell it.

I'm trying, that's for sure. It's a very weird combo at that.

What situation involves crushing a truck that old? If it was that big of a deal you wouldn't be looking at it now......can't be that big of a situation

The story he told me was he bought it from the owners uncle, because the uncle had wanted it out of his yard for a while, and his nephew wouldn't come get it. So he sold it to the scrap yard. The yard owner told me he couldn't sell it because if they nephew threw a fit he would be at fault. But he'll be at fault if he crushes it anyway.

Re: Have a look at what I found.

When you come into Konawa continue west on what I believe is hwy 39.You will see a sign that says sacred heart church / semetery.Take a right on that road.Stay on that road until you come to a stop sign.Take a left. You will pass a sign that says welcome to stlious pop 179 then some oil field stuff then you take right and the yard is just a couple of blocks. Its real easy to find once you get into the town.I would get there fast.He crushes every thing fast.I got a tube grille for my truck went there a week later and he had about 20 cars on top of that truck all waiting to get crushed.I need to go out there soon and get a 67 steering wheel before he crushes it.Let me know if you have any more ? about the directions. They have lots of good parts and I think they are cheaper than any of the yards in ada.

Anybody notice the 2 Edelbrock decals in the rear window? IMO, looks like the nephew hot rodded it till he broke something, then abandoned it.

Re: Have a look at what I found.

Why should there be an blame anyway, it did get brought to a scrap yard! If anything, the nephew should take the blame for not doing something useful with that truck, and letting it be brought to a scrap yard! You can get it, Cash talks!!!!
