Re: Custom seats

Never heard of them, but they look nice. It would be a plus if there were some available locally so you could actually sit on them and find out how comfortable they are and how thick the backs are before needing to plunk down your money.

Looks like they are big in the RV and conversion van business but also have a nice line of truck seats. I think I'll call them and see if they have any local sales and a contact name for an up close look. The seats look great and have some nice features, although they don't have built in seat belts. I've been looking in the junk yards for a newer seat but the pickings are slim and the prices are high.

Re: Custom seats

Thats $1k for some conversion van seats. You can grab a full console set out of a junkyard vandura or starcraft for about $200. Do not underestimate the amount of difference a steam clean can make. Rent a rug doctor and use it on some seats, they look like new!

I hadn't thought about van seats. I have been looking at trucks and subs mostly, but to find the right seat with the right color at the right price has been unproductive so far.
