F/S 98 4wd Sub

I will be selling my 1998 LT 1500 4x4 Suburban very soon. This is a very clean Pewter (dark silver) vehicle with TAILGATE. 4 new tires on Silverado wheels, new brakes, Runningboards, 3 row Leather seats, O/E in dash c/d (and cassette) Tow Hitch,
The vehicle is perfect (except for the wipers waiting for a recall)
89,000 miles. It is in Fort Lauderdale and has never been in the snow or off road. (only reason for 4x4 is to move our boat up the launching ramps, there are less than 1000 miles of local trailer use)
