Cool Exhaust manifold bolts

Can someone tell me the correct bolts needed for the ram horn style exhaust manifolds?

Re: Exhaust manifold bolts

Gah! I just dealt with this last week. I needed 3/8x16 bolts in 2.25" and 2.75" lengths. Since those are such oddball lengths I just got 3 inch and 2.5 inch bolts with thick washers to accommodate the quarter inch difference in length so I can tighten them into the head without damaging it.

I believe I needed 8 of the shorter bolts and 4 of the longer ones. I do hope this helps, but I was searching for the same information on here for an hour and wasn't able to get a definite answer. This was the best I could find.

Re: Exhaust manifold bolts

Awesome!

The previous owner used different bolts and a lot of washers to make up the difference.

Thanks!!!!!

Re: Exhaust manifold bolts

I believe if you have factory A/C you'll need different bolts because the A/C bracket bolts to the manifold. I got my set from Classic Industries, but lots of vendors have them.
