For Longhornmail....
I was looking over your longhorn site the other day and I was wondering if you have come across anymore info on the "Coral Ice Pink" GMC that "Canadian" Dealers where given.
I've asked a few truck peeps around here and they just give me a cockeyed look and say "I've never seen or heard of that." Who did you get that picture from? Do you have more pics of it in detail? I once saw a GMC pink in colour in an Autotrader site and thought nothing of it (other than "who would paint their truck pink?") plus they made no special mention of it in the Ad, and this was before I came across your site...Wicked Site I must add Brian

He has decided to do what he wants with it, so instead of keeping it stock, he stuffed a 502/502 into it and replaced the tranny with a TH400. You can see the wheels were chainged out too.
The truck was not repainted, just a much better camera was used. The pink trucks were only offered up north in Canadia. It is said that each dealer recievd one, but were able to get more if desired. In reality, that is all I have gathered on these, and it was on these pages about 14 months ago from a couple Canadian members. Here is the only other one I have seen pics of, and as you can see, the owner didn't like the GMC grill and wanted to go with a 69 Chevy grill. |
