shock relocators?

i have a question about rear shock relocators. can you use stock length shocks with these? is that the purpose? the guy i bought them from didn't know either. i'd sure like to use a set of monroe sensa-tracs if this is the case. i've got 5 inch springs in the rear and thinking about adding an inch or two of block.

on the front i have 2.5 spindles and one round of spring cut off. i had to jack the lower control arm up to make the lowering shocks work there. so, i think i can use stockers up front.

Re: shock relocators?

hi, 50mercfan, my 68 c10 is lowered in the front 2 1/2 (with spindles only) and 4" in the rear with coils. I use sensa trac shocks all the way around with antisway bars front and rear. I will be going to lowering 1 1/2 blocks for the rear. Already have shock relocators in the rear and work nice. Before i installed the relocators with the lowered coils the rear bobbed up and down because the shocks laid down so bad. It works good now with the relocators, no more bobbing. The relocators make them stand up like when they where new. The lowering blocks will keep good travel and yet lower it some more. All 4 shocks are for the stock application. Good luck, brian fuller
