8-lug to 5-lug

I might have found a deal locally. Supposed to be rust free. How hard is it to convert a 67 Camper Special 8-lug to 5-lug? At this point I'm assuming it's a 3/4 ton, but I'll know for sure late tomorrow afternoon.
