Like the title says, driver side is a NOS gm unit, passenger side is used. $140 for the pair plus shipping. Only comes with exactly what you see in the pictures, nothing else.
GM List was $287.75 on one of the NOS ones back when dealers would still order you one.
Photos of the NOS mirror: The housing is so shiny that you can even see the seams in the paper I laid down reflecting on it!
Photos of the used passenger side mirror. Being used it does show a little has a very shallow scratch into the plastic on the lower outside corner as seen in the pics below that I used angle and flash to make stand out:
Note: the pic below shows the scratch in the plastic, but the thin line on the very edge of the housing is a reflection of the seams between white sheets of paper it rests on
