I got pulled over once when I was a kid for not having a front license plate. I told the trooper Ive seen lots of cars without front plates.
Well son that doesnt make it legal. Just because someone jumps off a bridge doesnt mean you have to ... guy sounded just like my dad. BTW, that bumper looks great =)

Hey crank up that welder. I've seen Foose do this dozens of times. It's easy, on tv.
