Best hose for remote filters
Hey guys,
I've been having a lot of trouble with remote filter hoses. They either get hard and crack or just won't seal on the ends even with professionally installed compression fittings. Is there a hose that won't harden and won't start leaking right away? Also I'm running a LQ4 6.0 motor, what would be the best diameter for flow. Currently I'm running 1/2". Thanks for your expertise. Curtis

Re: Best hose for remote filters
don't know about flow, but if you have a aeroquip dealer close by they have a blue hose that works great on oil, we use it on all our buses , plus we use it on the power steering on our stockcar, just ask them what your using it for and aeroquip has the right hose for everything.
