Resto update.
I have added some new pictures in my webshots albums. They include my new bedside, sound deadner install, some interior items, one piece windows, and other things I've done.
I'm on schedule to paint it in the next couple of weeks. I still can't decide on wheels and tires, but I am leaning toward the 17" Billet rallyes. Any input is great. Link is in my sig.

wow, your truck looked better than most before you even started on it, other than that UGLY UGLY rust! Now it will look even better. You are doing some nice work there....What is the name of that color? I like it a lot.....

Forgive me if you've been asked about this already...is that a Vintage Air unit? Was your cab originally non-A/C ? The vents lead me to ask.
Thanks, Davy

00droptop,
after looking at more pics, I answered my own question. I like the vent balls in the metal dash...as opposed to the plastic "cups". Are there any advantages/disadvantages to having them in the metal part of the dash. It sure looks clean that way. Davy

speesh: The truck was nice when I bought it, but it needed attention badly. I don't think the pictures show how much it really needed. The new color is Med. Green and white, it was a factory color. I want the truck to look factory again so I limited my self to factory colors for 72.
Davy: Your right it is a Vintage Air unit and it works very well. Think god because it is blazing hot here.
