Pics have to be 100K or less to post them. Best way to do that is to download (if you don't already have it) a resizing program like Microsoft resizer. Right mouse click on the pic you want to post and resize it to the smallest size. That usually makes it small enough to post.
Then: 1. click on the attachment paperclip above your post and manage attachment window appears. 2. browse to find the resized pic. 3. double click it and the manage attachment window appears again with the location of pic. 4. click upload button. 5. on bottom of your post click preview to view it or click submit.
