Question on lifting front end

Hey guys what's some idea's on lifting the front end on my big 10 I'd like it even with the back thanks

You should be able to get an "add-a-leaf" kit for that truck. It is a pretty simple kit that supplies a new spring that gets added to the existing pack. You can gain 2" or so, fairly easily and cheaply too. Depending upon how much sag you have now, you may or may not need longer shocks to go with them.
