What I got for $75 this weekend

64 283. Was "rebuilt" and spun a rod bearing. Plan is to rebuild it for 66 short step side and use current drive train in the 64 longbed fs roller I brought home for $300 w title.

No idea. I will take it to a machine shop to have it cleaned and sonic tested. Plan is to do a complete rebuild for MPG and not HP.

Stopped by an old county shed the other day, the doors were open, there was a 1965 Chevy C60 fire truck inside. Old guy that owns the place was there, fire truck is a pumper with 3469 miles on it, 348/4speed, it's complete and should run.
I ended up buying two 62-66 hoods, two 63 doors and some misc parts for $50, all rust free stuff from down south.
Fire truck is $3000

Engine this weekend. Truck (rolling chassis) cab and bed a month ago.
