Cab and bed issue
Doing a frame off. Just installed the cab now the bed and cab not meeting looks like it bends in the middle. Like the cab is low or the bed to high in the back. Weird. Looks like its broken in the middle. Lol any one had this issue before.

Sounds like a cab mount issue. Take a look at the service manual and see if you assembled the mounts correctly.

I agree with Tim. The bed is a solid mount and you get what you get. It sounds like you may need to shim the rear cab mounts. make sure you have them in the correct position. The rear and front are different as well as top and bottom.
It is a good idea to leave everything loose until you get the fenders and radiator support installed also. Proper door and fender alignment depend on cab mounts also. |
