smoothed Vent Cowl

I decided to remove the louvers from the vent cowl and I this it turned out nice.

I have the original washer spray tips that I took off if anyone needs them.

I noticed that you have the defrost vent, so I'll assume you have a heater/blower setup. Are you going to be able to get enough air through the system with closing them up?

I have a vintage air system it doesn't draw air from the cowl

I live around a lot of pine trees. The needles will get into any crack or crevice, so I've been thinking of doing the same. Please share how you did it. Pleeeaaase!

Sorry I didn't take any photos of the build but all I did was to tape off the top of the louvers then filled them in with JB Weld followed by normal body filler.
