Cool Re: My local junkyard's 67-72 selection BEFORE crushing season!

Sorry but all I see is red x's. Plus I'm to far away to do me any good. I sure would like to find a nice frame to play with.

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I have been there plenty of times. (864) 461-9071

815 Rutherfordton Hwy, Chesnee, SC 29323 I have a post on here about them. 67chevy and me rode up one day and looked around and took pictures of the trucks he had at the time.

I will be near KC, KS next month and if you have an address that would be nice. I will take a bag of tools and a can of wasp spray and go get some parts.

Do they let people go in the yard and pull parts? Or do they have to pull? Some places have different rules.

Thank you for posting.

What's the name/number to this place? I am looking for a radiator core support for my 1972 now.

If you're going to be in KCK, you want to go to Muncie UPull (www.muncieupull.com). You have to go all the way to the back of the lot -- it's a long walk -- there are several 67-72 and a few 60-66s. They are pretty well picked over but you might find some stuff you can use. I was up there a couple of weeks ago and picked up some 72 door panels and a few other things. It's a pretty clean lot so you can probably leave the wasp spray at home.

What's bringing you to Kansas City?
