Power steering pump wont line up --- help please

Hi all. So I just got this truck and trying to fix the POs frankenstein job on the truck. When I got it, the harmonic balancer was wobbling and the PS pump pulley wasn't lined up:

So I have a new HB partially installed and now I'm at full stop on this as I need the HB to go back a litte further to line up with the water pump pulley but the further I go back, the PS pump gets out of line. Any ideas on how to get outta this mess ? I ran the engine code and found online that the motor is a '75 van motor.

I don't have all the answers but to me I would guess that the person who installed PS did not get all the components from the same vehicle.Pump, pulleys and brackets all need to be from the same donor and it needs to be either a long WP setup or a short WP setup. When I did mine I found that there are at least 2 and probably 3 different matched setups for a 250 6cyl.The pulley offsets and bracket spacing don't all line up sometimes.Try finding a HB,pulleys, pump and brackets all from the same donor. It will save you tons of headaches.

The balancer has to go all the way on, then it's a matter of getting the right pulleys and brackets.
