69' Grill Value
What do you guys think this grill is worth?? There are some imperfections like a couple little dents bottom left. Overall it looks great though.

Re: 69' Grill Value
they cost 350-500 for a repop at lmc/brothers/etc. 999 for a repop with the chevrolet across the front. Or maybe they are OE but I dont think LMC sells anything not made in china.

Re: 69' Grill Value
I think it is a factory grill...it does have the stamped letters but all the black is faded off...i had looked up what repros cost but just curious what a fac!tory grill in this condition might bring.
Thanks, Andy |

Re: 69' Grill Value
I bought a new 69-70 GM grille shell for $500 in the box at Carlisle last year through The Truck Shop. They had three on their truck and I looked at all three to find the best as I could find slight imperfections on each. I wasn't going to pay $999, but I bit at $500 and no shipping. I have sold a couple of 69 - 70 grilles in what appears to be like condition to yours (couple of small dents and no longer shiny anodizing) for $100-150. Maybe I was too cheap but I never had any luck at a higher price in my area and it was not something I was interested in shipping out of the area.

Re: 69' Grill Value
it is OEM. the bars(supposed to be black) between the headlight and turn signal are telling me that.
value depends on those dents/dings. hard to say from a photo...
