250 power steering brackets
I am looking for some pictures and the brackets to mount up power steering on my 68. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My dad got the power brake parts for my '72 off of a 70's Chevy Nova. It's possible he also got the power steering brackets off of that same Nova. I know for a fact, the power steering sector (the thing at the end of the steering column, under the passenger inner fender) came from a 1973 Chevy truck as I was there when we pulled it off and spoke to the owner, who didn't charge us.
The truck was completely stripped down and slated for the crusher the following day. |

This is an easy to do conversion, but does require some patience. You won't find very many 6 cyl trucks that came with PS, but there were a ton of cars that did. I found mine on either a '72 or '74 Nova. You can go all the way up to '75, which is when the "integrated head" was introduced. The pulleys will take some patience also, but really isn't that difficult to deal with.
