How did gm have the bolts and what torqe were they on the front disk brake shield

Torque? Just tighten, they don't support any thing other then their own weight which is next to nothing.

I'm sure GM had a spec for them but as stated they aren't holding anything other than themselves so I would tighten them good and snug.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

They're 5/16 bolts if you want to reference a torque chart.
