Wheel locking up
When I roll backwards my left rear wheel locks up. I do not have to hit the brakes for it to do so. Once I roll forwards it unlocks instantly, and i can roll back a couple feet and it'll do it again. Roll forwards, good, and so on. What? lol Drums all around, that are not to old. What'd cause this? Like said, I do not have to hit the pedal for it to do it. It does it on its own. And if I give it power, the opposite wheel just spins.

Re: Wheel locking up
Did A spring pop off allowing a pad to catch, or could it be something more serious?

Re: Wheel locking up
Pull the wheel and the drum and see if some of the hardware fell off. If you don't find anything in the drum it could be something in the rear end, although I'm not sure what would only make it do that in reverse. Does it have a posi in it? I'm guessing not since you said the other wheel spins. start in the drum and see what happens.

Sounds like a broken spring or the retaining pin fell out on the rear shoe... LockDoc

Re: Wheel locking up
So, moving forwards I'm ok? Or should I worry driving 20 miles?
