Thumbs down Vortec script valve covers

Im sure I have seen a post or a link to valve covers for a SBC vortec head on the forum, they were painted black or orange billet and expensive, does anyone know the maker or have the link handy?

Re: Vortec script valve covers

Were they center bolts or were they perimeters on a Vortec head? You can get an adapter to bolt older type V/C's on the newer heads. Also some of the aftermarket Vortec design type heads have both V/C ability. Just a thought. Jim

Re: Vortec script valve covers

Billet specialties has these in polished billet or black powder coated. Not for vortec center bolt but if you used adapters like others mentioned they would fit.
