Here's a cool new item I just had made. Solid aluminum 205 shift knob. It is engraved with the correct GM shift pattern. The thread pattern is for the larger 71-2 handle, as shown in the pics. It looks great with the aluminum ring, I also have made.
Knob price is: $65 shipped (only two available).
Alum ring & boot is: $70 shipped.
Buy all three for: $130 shipped.

***I will polish the edges and brush finish the face of the shift ring for additional $20, if buying the full all three set.

Yes, I have a matching ring for the 4spd. I can include it at no extra shipping charges. Ring: $40 (with new boot $60 both).

I will polish the edges & put a brush finish on the faces of both rings for additional $30. The attached picture is with the additional polished & brushed finish. The normal finish is tumbled smooth aluminum.

I have a GM stock 4spd knob here to measure, BUT...are they (67-72 2WD & 4WD 4spds) all the same size??? OR do they change from year-to-year and different models??? Let's get some answers to those questions before I take on the project. Generally there is not much interest in 4spds. I don't want to have to "eat" some of these.

I have 68 - 72 four speeds and all the knobs are the same. That goes for 2x2 and 4x4's.

Remember, there are two sizes of threads on 205 knobs. I now can do either one. If you don't indicate, I will send the 71-2 size (7/16"x20).
4spd & early 205s are both (3/8"x24).

I'll take orders through next week & then have the work started. Pre-pay to make sure I get one for you. I won't do too many extras.
