Bushing Grease
I put all new poly bushings in the ride and have read where you get an annoying squeek over time.Is it as easy as I think to just add a grease zerk to remedy the future problem. As tight as they pressed in it is hard for me to belive the grease will spread around the bushing.Allso what other available grease do you all use the tiny little tubes they send are a freaking joke.

Re: Bushing Grease
Waterproof bearing grease. I think its marketed as boat trailer bearing grease. Oreilleys or Autobone should have it

Re: Bushing Grease
I've been researching this myself. I've used poly before and had squeaks and don't want a repeat performance this time around.
Concerning the tight fit of the inner sleeve into the bushing itself, you do have to mill or file grooves into the poly bushing to allow the grease to flow between the sleeve and bushing. Do a search on "grease fittings on poly bushings" and you'll get a bunch of sites showing how to do this. It may be on a Mustang site or Miata site but a poly bushing is a poly bushing ... the idea is still the same. Last time I replaced my poly bushings with a greaseable solid bushing (alum, delrin, steel inner sleeve) and it was MUCH better but that option doesn't exist as far as a bushing for stock truck arms goes ...
