new guy
hi all,new guy here sort of. been hangin around for a couple years now.finaly decided to join.bought 66 short fleet about 4 years ago.semi gloss rattle can black.has 305 small block.did the five bolt disc brake swap,left the cross member in.made my own braket and installed power box.67 auto colum was three on tree now 700r4.72 I think five bolt rear 3 73s.truck rallies all around.1 coil cut in front,jeap springs in rear.soon to be 350 vortec with howards cam and roller rockers.pics as soon as I figure out how.

thanks for the warm welcome,great forum with lots of great information,awsome trucks n awesome people.as far as the rake goes wasn't sure if I liked it or not.needed some tires in a hurry when I switched to 5 bolt and that's what I ended up with from my local some what shady used tire guy.price was right but have a slight vibration hoping just a re balance and not something else. mator/10,fronts are215 70 15s on 7 inch van rallies.rears are 285 70 15s on 8 inch pickup rallies.junk yard finds with sand n rattle can re paint.

driver side mirror is 5 inch,pas. is 5 n half and convexed.po is truck mech so maybe that's were there from. I wouldn't have known they were larger than normal if you hadn't said.still not worth a darn but im not into big mirrors.stickin your head out window and lookin back still works best some times
