Yes they have little hooks that grab under the bed. I got it at a local speed shop I can get more information when I get home if you need let me know.

Here is a few more. I stand corrected there are 4 hold down points and this is for a wood bed but works with a steel bed just a little more work to make it sit flush no name but maybe the part # would help.
