patch panels
I have heard from many shops that sell patch panels(LMC, classic parts, classic industries, rock auto, brothers trucks, 73-87chevytrucks and so on.......) but who sells the best patch panels for a 79 truck. who is the best manufacturer tabco or tri-plus

Many of the places you listed sell about the same parts depending on what you buy, myself included. (73-87chevytrucks) Being a repair panel, they are all going to be the same as far as fit as in you have to make them fit. Different places sell different thickness of metal, my supplier uses 19 gauge or higher steel for panels, and I sell them because that is what I personally use on my trucks.
