Hub centric rings

Can anyone recommend a place to get hubcentric rings? I just bought a set of boss 313's and the hole is way big for the hubs. I do not want to rely on just the lugs. Also, I have a caliper, but I'm having a hard time getting an exact measurement of ID and OD. Does anyone know what the diameter of the hub is? I have a '69 2 wheel drive with front disk and rear drum.

Any tire store that sells wheels can help you. But hub rings don't do anything besides center the wheel on the hub. They don't hold the wheel on or anything. The lug nuts do that. You can center the wheel by just bolting it down in a star pattern tell its snug then torque them. But if its 6 lug it should be 108. You just have to find the hub bore of the wheel.

I had the same reservations on a set of wheels and was told about the rings. You can get them at tire stores (like said above), you can get them at Speedway, and Summit.

But I really looked into this a bunch. Here and a few other car/truck websites. Lots of threads out there on the web covering this. I found the rings were not necessary and Im not going to use them. But the rings are pretty cheap and if they make you feel better go ahead and get a set.

My F#rd rims are lug-centric. As long as you have the right lugnuts, take your time putting them on, and torque them correctly, you shouldn't have a problem.

Ok cool, thanks for helping out! I heard people complaining about steering vibration without them. I guess I'll have to put the wheels on and take a drive. I do have tapered lug nuts. I'm sure they will help with centering the wheel.

I was thinking of getting some cause I have aftermarket wheels and if you've ever changed a flat tire in the rain, it's a bit of wet fun to get the wheel on the lugs without the hub helping out a bit. Guess I plan for the worst.
