Is this where I tap in for oil pressure?
I was adding oil to the engine, and it started pouring out this hole. After some searching I can't tell for sure if this was a return from an external filter, or for the oil pressure gauge. I don't have an external filter.
It's on the passenger side, at the top of the head just above the #5 spark plug. |

That is the bolt hole and the one next to it are for the coil bracket. It sounds like the hole made it into the valve cover area . Wrap a bolt with teflon tape and install it in the hole.
The square plug to the right of the coil bracket bolts is a good place to check for oil pressure to the rocker shaft. You could screw in a gauge there to monitor while under the hood. On the other side of the engine down low you'll find another plug in the main oil galley this is a good place to mount a oil Pressure sender for the gauge in the cab.
