Engine refresh.

Hello All,
Just thought I would ask for some input. I have a 355 in my garage and has been sitting for about 3 years. It has about 30k miles on it. I am going to swap it into my k35 and was wondering what I should do to freshen it up before I put it the truck. I plan on taking the intake, valve covers and oil pan off to check for any sludge or what not. I plan on pulling the distributor and using tool to run the oil pump for a bit to lube things back up. Any thing else you all think I should do?
Thanks in advance
Steven
