Re: need an apprasial.
I don't think you can really get hurt at that price, personally I don't think it has a strong enough transmission it really needs a TH400, but thats neither here nor there at the $4,500 price point.
Expect it to have a ton of bondo under that primer/paint for that price, also lots of other little issues, nothing for that price is perfect. In other words expect a $4,500 truck because that's what you are getting. I don't know much about those type of tires, but I remember someone saying something about they don't track down hard surface roads very well and don't do well at highway speeds, also I'm not sure about their longevity on hard surface roads as well, you may want to check into it. Thats not a standard swb it is probably built on a k5 frame a truck like that you will really want to look it over it closely especially how the work was done

Re: need an apprasial.
Don't spend your hard earned money on another guys headache. Be very careful with considering any lifted truck let alone one this aggressive.
What are your goals? If your looking for anything other then a wannabe monster truck I would walk away and find one closer to the ground...... stock..... 4-5,000 dollar trucks like this are similar to "free puppies"...... they nickle and dime you to death as soon as you get them home.....

Re: need an apprasial.
It looks like a can of worms to me. Not a bash, just an opinion.

Re: need an apprasial.
damn. that's what my mom said also.
iv been searching for a SWB for some time now. im hopping to find a semi decent one that i can turn into a daily driver. minimal rust, straight body. flatblack with metalic chip thrown in. but if i could id look for a 72 blazer, but for the last year i have not seen anything pop up on craigslist or what not. |

Re: need an apprasial.
keep looking and don't get in a rush...they are out there! if you look long enough (and have enough gas money to look) you will find one...I would run away from that one especially if you are looking for a daily... too far in the wrong direction unless your daily drive involves a swamp and a mud pit and is only two miles away.
