That's a chromed glovebox door with a Chevy car fender script put on it. I don't think you can just buy one this way.

If you install a chrome glove box door in your truck, better have a dark tint on the glass or park the truck in the shade or garage. I had a friend years ago that did the same..........in one summer the glove box door had fried the pass side of the bench seat from the sun reflecting off of it

I would say that's a one off built by the owner.
Yes I could see problems with it out in the sun light as well. Looks cool though!

Not an expert by any means, but it looks like a one-off to me. I like chrome too, but not so sure this is a good application for it. Maybe something a little different?
