Gauge resistor missing (pic)?
I have the fuel gauge twitching issue ( reads correctly bit jumps around by 2 or tick marks on the gauge ) and have investigated some of the known fixes. One of them is the gauge resistor being broken. On the back of my gauge/cluster, I don't see any place for the resistor, just a big smokin' hole where I thought there would be posts to mount a resistor. Any comments?

Re: Gauge resistor missing (pic)?
The resistor in question is deeper inside the cluster ... right on the back of the fuel gauge itself.
Here's an ebay auction with a good pic showing the resistor on the back of the gauge --> http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gas-Fuel-Lev...n/400407824899 |
