Paint scheme
My 63 goes in for paint next week. I've known for about 18 months that I want the body to be blue and the top to be a Silver/nickel/pewter color, ABW anything but white. Everyone does white...
So I've been trying to nail down just what shade of color. I think I'm pretty close. The following pics I found here, they belong to member 72 sub, is the look I'm going for. Though not the exact colors. I want a darker top, more towards pewter and a lighter blue. I'll carry the pewter down the door posts and around the back window. Tailgate and sides will be an electric blue. This is close to my idea. This truck is from the 4x4 trucks gone wild thread, I don't know who the owner is. But this is probably the shade I'm going for. I'd love to own this truck!

Re: Paint scheme
Went back to Maaco today and showed them the truck above. I asked if they could get close to that and they can. It's a GM cobalt or elec. blue. Picked out a silver/nickel as well.

Re: Paint scheme
I was going to suggest the GM cobalt blue, but you beat me to it. Nice choices on the colors Mike.
