making a 3/4 hole in firewall questions

anyone that knows the 1973-1987 Chevy C trucks. the next 2 weeks i'm going to be needing to make a 3/4 inch hole in the firewall behind my glove box. not the best pictures but not that much room behind there for pictures. is there anything I need to watch for making a hole back there? going to start working on some wiring projects running wires direct from battery on my projects and would like wires to come inside in this spot so all wires are hidden.

I would use an electrical knock-out cutter, not a holesaw. You only have to drill a small hole to start and it won't leave metal chips behind the dash.
