Heater core

Who sells the correct heater core for the 70' C10? I got one form LMC and it's bigger than the stock one and the brackets don't fit around it. Found the same bigger ones at the local stores.
I know someone must sell the the proper one.
Thanks

Re: Heater core

Do you have Advance Auto in your area? If not, you can order online. Will one of these work?

If you decide to order, go to Retailmenot.com first and get a promo code. You can usually save a few bucks that way.

The second one looks like it might work. I'd like to get a reply from someone who purchased one before ordering.

Re: Heater core

I just ordered a new one from LMC for my '70 C10 and it fit just right. Call them up and see if they sent you the wrong one. They sell a lot of cheap Chinese stuff, but their customer service is pretty good in my experience.

Just called them and they only stock this new aluminum size. Need to find another vendor...
