How to attach trim pieces?

The metal trim on my truck is popping off in certain places. I would like ot reattach it until the time comes to repaint it when I will remove them altogether. What is the best stuff to make sure it stay in place?

Re: How to attach trim pieces?

In most cases that trim is held on by studs at each end and in the middle are adhesive clips that just glue to the bedside. I bet the LMC or Brothers sells them.

items d and e on this page.

Re: How to attach trim pieces?

Just got to wal mart or a parts store and get some double sided emblem tape. It comes in a roll an then you can cut out what you need. Thats what holds just about every trim piece on modern cars....
