wiper motor

so my wiper motor doesn't work after rewire not been used in 4 years so i figred i get a new wiper motor and pump, but when i went to my part store the motor has 3 terminals on it and the washer pump also has 2 terminals on it also the one in my truck only has 3 terminals on non on teh pump whats the deal?

I also wondered the same thing. I think there may have been some sort of optional difference. My original is this way too. One wire was not used. Mine seems to work fine without using the extra terminal.

okay i need to check my plugs i keep poping the fuse for the motor maybe i got them back wards

Is that the correct pump for that motor?
