insides are done

Well I got my truck back about 2 weeks ago and the insides wasnt up to my standards. They had done the insides in gray and black and it just didnt go with the dark green so I had to change it. I went to my local yard and got a 60/40 seat out of a 96 c10 and had to dye the rest but it looks alot better.

Looks great! What do you use to dye it? Did you dye the dash pad? Anyways it really looks good. Tan goes alot better with the Dark Green.

I had to give a 100.00 for the seat but the seat that was in it was from a 97 up custom c10 and I got a 100.00 out of it so I wasnt out any money. I dyed the carpet with Ritz dye and all the parts with spray dye. The metal panels I used regular paint. so I got out with about 20.00 bucks on the insides.

I have to figure out how I'm going to do the sound system now.
I have a kenwood cd player but I hate to cut the dash and I'm trying to figure out where to pu the speakers. My gas tank is still behind the seat and I really dont want to take it out. If anyone has any suggestions I'm game

A bad photo, but here is what I did. Polk Audio seperates.
I installed the tweeter up on top, and the woofer in the panel.
That way If I decide to remove the speakers, I can just buy
new door panels.

The crossovers are tucked up under the dash. They are ran off
of a Kenwood Amp under the seat with a changer, and a Sony
Explode indash CD Player.

I love it!!!

That is awsome . I havent even thought about doing the panels that way. When I had my 82 k10 I had a killer system now that I got rid of it its hard to go back to a 19.99 radio and one speaker.
