They have been good as far as the parts I have gotten from them. The last order they were slow to ship and hard to get a hold of to find out when they were going to ship the back ordered parts. There is a thread in the vendors section on others experiences.

I have ordered a few parts from them. It takes about 2 weeks from the time you order until it arrives at your doorstep. They do not have any tracking or update of your order on their website it just says pending. I did have one item backorder and it took about a month to get to me.

I saw alot of bad reviews so I'm trying out classic parts hopefully there patch panels are good quality
